CM Production High Temperature Furnaces

high temp electric furnace UL listed

CM Production Furnaces are designed to meet the demands of heavy duty usage in industrial environments and designed for high production. CM Furnaces manufactures are high temperature furnaces made in the USA starting at 1000°C to 1800°C in both laboratory and production designs.  Production furnaces can be pusher or belt driven. Designs can be manual or automated for 24/7 production of parts. Strand annealing furnaces are continuous annealers available for wire, rod, cable and strip materials. Atmospheres can be air, hydrogen, inert or other mixed gases.

Applications Include:

Metal Injection Molding                      Lighting (Phosphor processing)

Powder Metals                                       Debinding / Delube

Refractory Metals                                 Bright Firing

Annealing                                              Brazing

Sintering                                                Heat Treating

Nuclear Fuel industry                         Sintering for 3D Printing

500 Series

The 500 Series are continuous furnaces designed for either belt or pusher operation. The “humpback” belt furnace design includes a nickel alloy muffle and raised heated section for ultra-low dewpoints in a hydrogen atmosphere. The belt furnaces have a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1150C (2100F). The “pusher” furnace design includes a gas-tight case for inert or inert/reducing atmospheres and has a maximum operating temperature of 1550C (2822F). All 500 Series furnaces utilize silicon carbide heating elements and either a combined alumina fiber and brick insulation package or only brick.
