Designed for small parts, the Titan Test System can be used to leak test parts in applications like medical, electronics and valves. The Titan Test can be set up for one button start along with data logging capability. Various sized chambers can be added to the system along with automated opening lids for the best in low cost leak detection systems.

FLEXSTATION™ Leak Test Systems provide leak testing system solutions for low to mid level volumes. Custom chambers can be mixed and matched with the system to provide a cost effective chamber leak test systems for multiple parts. Test gases include, helium, hydrogen and other alternative test gases. The FLEXSTATION™ offers configurable hardware and software options. Air leak detection can be in the form of pressure decay, bubble immersion or mass flow. Each system measures the air in or air out of an enclosed system under pressure or vacuum. The Aura is an automated multi-functional air leak tester designed for demanding air leak check applications. Two versions are available, the compact so single part testing and multi-test providing multiple part testing and full data logging.

Helium leak detection of an enclosure of object requires filling of helium to a specified pressure. Automation of the helium charging process includes evacuation, proof testing, and decay testing in conjunction with the actual helium leak test. The Helium Charging Station can be used with the Titan Test to automate the test procedure.

Production leak detection of small electronic parts requires the injection of helium into the part enclosure to test the seal integrity. Helium bombing systems allow these parts to be "bombed" with helium molecules to allow the seal integrity leak check. A number of sizes are available to handle the variety of part sizes.

Our vacuum leak detection chambers fit to the Titan Test Leak Detection Systems to provide the vacuum chamber enclosure for leak testing small parts. Leak test chambers can have a manual or automated lid to allow automation of the helium leak test.

Calibrated leak standards are intended to insure your leak detection system is within calibration. The accepted manner is to compare a known calibrated standard using a calibrated leak. Calibrated leaks can contain, air, helium, hydrogen or other tracer gas.

Helium Spray Guns dispense the proper amount of helium for an outside-in helium leak test. Sniffer probes pull tracer gas in inside-out pressurized systems to detect helium or other tracer gas like hydrogen (5%).
