300 Series
The 300 Series are hydrogen atmosphere continuous pusher furnaces with a maximum operating temperature of 1700C (3100F). These furnaces are available from lab-scale size to fully automated production systems. Designed and constructed for reliable, long-term use the 300 Series utilize high alumina brick insulation and a molybdenum wound muffle heating element. Typical configurations include preheat sections, cooling sections and various optional features offered for specific applications.
400 Series
The 400 Series are hydrogen atmosphere continuous pusher furnaces with a standard maximum operating of 1700C (3100F). Special designs are offered for 1850C (3362F) and 2200C (3992F) applications. These furnaces are available from lab-scale size to fully automated production systems. Designed and constructed for reliable, long-term use the 400A Series utilize high alumina brick and hanging molybdenum grid elements for the standard temperature range. The 400Z Series employs zirconia brick and tungsten rod elements to achieve the higher temperatures. Typical configurations include preheat sections, cooling sections and various optional features offered for specific applications.
500 Series
The 500 Series are continuous furnaces designed for either belt or pusher operation. The “humpback” belt furnace design includes a nickel alloy muffle and raised heated section for ultra-low dewpoints in a hydrogen atmosphere. The belt furnaces have a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1150C (2100F). The “pusher” furnace design includes a gas-tight case for inert or inert/reducing atmospheres and has a maximum operating temperature of 1550C (2822F). All 500 Series furnaces utilize silicon carbide heating elements and either a combined alumina fiber and brick insulation package or only brick.
600 Series
The 600 Series are continuous furnaces designed for either belt of pusher operation with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1150C (2100F). These furnaces utilize a nickel alloy muffle and ceramic plate heaters with Kanthal A1 wire. Both inert and reducing atmospheres are offered. Various heated lengths with single or multiple zone control are available, as well as cooling sections and optional features for specific applications.
700 Series
The 700 Series are air or oxygen atmosphere continuous pusher furnaces with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1700C (3100F). These furnaces are available from lab-scale size to fully automated production systems. Designed and constructed for reliable, long-term use the 700 Series utilize high alumina brick insulation and hanging Kanthal molydisilicide heating elements. Typical configurations include preheat sections, cooling sections and various optional features offered for specific applications.
